Smita Patil Public School is a CBSE affiliated school managed by Smita Patil Charitable Trust, under the chairmanship of the dynamic and visionary leader Hon. Shri Shivajirao Giridhar Patil (Ex. M.P.) in fond memory of Late MS. Smita Patil. The trust was established in 1996 with a mission to provide co-education to the students of the rural areas and to prepare them with the life skills for visionary leadership in a global environment, through a strong emphasis on academic excellence, sports and co-curricular activities and thus to make sure all round development of a student.

The education through English medium especially for the children of farmers and rural area is a dream of the trust. To fulfill this dream is the basic mission of the trust. The trust hands over a tradition of knowledge. SPPS campus is sprawling on 48 – acre campus situated in the midst of pristine forest and blessings of Lord Shiva always bestowed upon.
