Summer/ winter treks/visits are also an integral part of our curriculum. Children opting for these expeditions are taken to different destinations like various forts/ treks in Maharashtra and adjoining states and even distant Shimla, Manali, Chandigarh etc. Children of senior secondary classes benefit more from participation also in organising these activities. These help students to develop socially, emotionally, scholastically and physically. These expeditions increase a child’s confidence levels and inculcate in them a sense of responsibility and discipline, team spirit, planning and organising skills apart from a sense of adventure and experiencing India’s diversity.
